Affiliate programme terms

Anyone can apply. Applying is not joining: your code earns nothing until we approve it, and until then your link is not shown to you, because a link that credits nothing is worse than no link. We can decline without giving a reason, and we can end the arrangement at any time — see Ending it.

You choose your own code when you apply, and it cannot be changed afterwards. A code that has been pasted into video descriptions and captions has to keep meaning the same thing, so there is no rename anywhere in the system, for us or for you.

Commission is a percentage of the price actually paid, excluding any tax, on a sale we attribute to you. The default is 40%. Your rate is recorded against your account and can differ from the default; if we agree a rate with you, that is your rate, and a later change to the default does not move it.

If we change your rate, the change applies to sales made from that point on. A sale is always worth the rate that stood on the day it happened, and we compute it that way rather than looking your rate up afresh at payout time.

When somebody arrives on your link we store one first-party cookie holding your code. It lasts 60 days. If they buy in that window, the sale is yours — including if they leave and come back weeks later, which on this product is the normal case.

First touch wins. If somebody arrives through you, wanders off, and comes back through another affiliate, the credit stays with you. We do not overwrite it.

We count clicks per code per day and hold nothing else about the visitor — no address, no identifier, no row per click. That is why your dashboard shows counts and never people: the data to show you people is not collected.

Commission is earned when the sale is complete and the buyer’s 30-day refund window has passed. A refunded sale earns no commission, and if it has already been paid we set it against your next payment.

Payouts are made manually while the programme is small, on request, once your unpaid balance is worth sending. You are responsible for your own tax on what you receive. We are not your employer and this is not employment.

If you have a material connection to us — a commission, free access, anything of value — you must disclose it clearly wherever you post the link, in the post itself and not only in a bio or a linked page. In the United States that is the FTC’s Endorsement Guides and 16 CFR Part 255; comparable rules apply in the UK and the EU.

Plain words are enough — “paid partnership”, “I earn a commission if you buy through this link”. Failing to disclose is grounds for us ending the arrangement and withholding unpaid commission.

• Referring yourself, your own household, or accounts you control.
• Paid search on our name or close variants of it, and any advertising that could be mistaken for coming from us.
• Unsolicited messaging — email, DMs, comment spam — and posting the link anywhere its rules forbid it.
• Claiming things this product does not do. It observes and it refuses to predict; it is not a test, not a diagnosis, and not an assessment of ability. Do not say it tells a parent what their child will become.
• Coupon, cashback and incentive sites, and anything that intercepts a purchase somebody was already making.
• Targeting children. This is a product a parent operates. Do not promote it to under-18s or in spaces aimed at them.

You may use our name, screenshots and copy to describe the product accurately, while you are an approved affiliate. You may not register domains, social handles or business names containing it, and you may not present yourself as us or as speaking for us.

Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason. Commission already earned on completed, unrefunded sales is still owed and we will pay it — unless the arrangement ended because of fraud, self-referral, or a failure to disclose, in which case unpaid commission is forfeit.

Turning your code off or returning it to pending stops new attributions immediately and leaves every past one intact.
